    An entry.

I've become a little annoyed with christmas this year. I now have a nice big, new hard disk whirring away inside my computer and Medievil Total War 2.  I also managed to get a ridiculously small usb key and a ipod shuffle which I don't really need. I also bought this ridiculously tapped game called Zoo Keeper for the ds, which put me in a trance for about 2 hours.
Thinking about it like it like that makes it sound good so I really shouldnt be complaining.

More later, I will remember this time.

Ah! Another 2 weeks spent going around in circles. Fantastic!

At the moment I'm considering going into town to pay ridiculous amounts of money on alcohol.....So tempting
I got onto the bus earlier coming out of aforementioned monetary black hole and got kind of annoyed when I couldn't sit down thanks to about two dozen spanish students getting a lift about 200 metres down the road.  Fortunately it was only a fleeting feeling as I started feeling sorry for them. Coming from Spain to Ireland they must really be getting the short end of the stick.  I could wax lyrical about what is wrong with this country but I'd be wasting my time and the skin on the tips of my fingers.

While I'm talking about problems with countries, I was on youtube and got sucked into an argument about Israel and Lebanon. Personally I think it is a travesty, and I hope somebody decides to do something about it. Apparently the press in America are being selective in what they're showing, considering Israel are allies it's not particularily suprising. I did find this though:  IsraelToLebanon

    Grim stuff!

Just got back from Barcelona.  Very cool place in my opinion.  Lots of skating and drinking gallons of water during the day and beer at night (well maybe not gallons).  So now I'm back and everything is a whole lot more expensive! Woopty doo.

However I've decided to move towards removing my attachment to material goods.  I find that liking something too much usually results in pointless hurt when it is gone.  I'm guessing that's why monks do it but maybe there's some other explanation. The thing is, it's harder than you think it would be. But I'm trying.....I'll be better off in the long run I reckon.

So that takes me up date with my xanga.

ALAS XANGA!  DO  NOT THINK I HAVE FORSAKEN THEE! WHY ELSE WOULD ONE TYPE ONES INCESSANT RAMBLINGS!?!
